ICCEFA Long-Term Goals
- Provide ICCEFA members a voice in Illinois teacher education
- Strengthen teacher education programs in Illinois community colleges
- Strengthen Illinois articulation initiatives
- Develop a statewide communication and advocacy network for community college teacher education
- Establish and maintain strong collegial relationships between faculty and staff at community colleges and senior institutions
- Provide ICCEFA members with support to upgrade teacher education curricula to include new standards, as passed by the state of Illinois
